VR training for pipeline pig trap operations — walking trainees through launching and receiving inspection pigs in a faithful recreation of a working trap site. Replaces classroom-only instruction with hands-on procedural rehearsal.
Role
Lead Dev — owned the Unity build, asset integration, and procedural training flow.
Highlights
- Full procedural sequence: pressure-down, valve operation, pig launch/receive, isolation.
- Stateful failure modes — incorrect actions surface real-world consequences in-sim.
- Multiplayer sessions for instructor-led training or crew drills.
- Quest 2 standalone, designed to run untethered on the training floor.
